I was a little taken back as the picture looked like an orange/black version of a hoodie, but when I went to get a better look, you could see that this hoodie was a dark teal with black stripes which gave it a sort of sinister edge. Well, I did find some. don't know what the hell is wrong with me, but I found two more clues. The first one was a very thin sheet of paper which had been stuck on the back. As you can see, it was some sort of text on black background. This led me to wonder if this would possibly be the Hoodie Mystery text. This was followed by a piece of poster paper with a black and white picture that I believe is some sort of photo a person. If my hypothesis was correct that it the text above picture, then I think the person has been found. Unfortunately, I haven't figured this one out yet.
When I went to the back of set (right before the front) other piece of paper was on the back of main picture. This piece paper looked to be in red and said: "PAPER, MIRRORED DOUBLE-SIDED." I have no idea what these two pieces of paper are used for, but I know that this is a very interesting clue. There were also stickers on the back of my sets. One these stickers had a strange text on it, but I couldn't read it. The other sticker was a picture of cat with what I believe to be the words "Mystery" and "Hoodies" written on it.
One thing that I noticed while looking through the sets that I was hoping these clues would lead me was a large picture (pictured above) inside the set. It was a photo of my two nephews and their dog, which is a very special cat that my nephew (Hoodie Mystery) has gotten over the last couple years. Apparently he has been looking for a "Hoodie" which the picture supposedly is. I hope all my hints worked out as I truly think that you are in for a BIG surprise.
Once the pieces are in mail, they should arrive within a few days. My guess is that the picture for Hoodie Mystery is one of my nephews' new pet, since he is the one whom I have talked to at length about this mystery. I'm guessing that he has something to do with the pictures.

Il budget IT e la curva di Nolan
Una delle componenti più importanti della gestione del sistema informativo è il budget IT, ovvero:
- quanto si è speso negli anni scorsi;
- quanto si sta spendendo adesso;
- quanto si prevede di spendere in futuro;
Consiglio di fare sempre delle
previsioni di spesa in funzione di uno sviluppo pianificato triennale
del sistema informativo, da aggiornarsi di anno in anno. Ciò
consente di gestire il cambiamento invece di subirlo e di essere
propositivi verso il management, piuttosto che giocare in difesa. Il
piano triennale lo si farà in base alle proprie competenze e
dovrà tenere conto dell'andamento generale del business
aziendale.
L'attività di accounting
delle varie spese che vanno a decurtare il nostro budget deve essere
fatta su base mensile, facendosi recapitare un report
dall'amministrazione. Gli importi vanno poi assegnati ai progetti che
compongono il nostro budget, che è così aggiornato
mensilmente. Il vantaggio di questa attività è di poter
intervenire sulle spese in corso d'opera e di saper far fronte
immediatamente alle richieste del management e della proprietà
circa gli investimenti fatti e da fare.
Esempio di controllo del budget per area di investimento:
Alla fine dell'anno si ha una
visione chiara di quanto si è investito. Il valore annuale del
totale delle spese IT viene utilizzato per compilare la curva di Nolan,
un grafico dell'andamento globale degli investimenti IT dell'azienda.
Gli investimenti seguono di solito una curva ad "esse sdraiata" per
ogni ciclo di informatizzazione, e devono essere pari statisticamente
all'1% del fatturato. I modelli di riferimento
teorici, basati sugli studi condotti presso la HBS da Nolan,
hanno portato alla definizione di una teoria descrittiva generale,
collaudata empiricamente su alcune migliaia di imprese circa
l'evoluzione delle attività informatiche nelle organizzazioni:
"La Teoria degli Stadi di sviluppo dei Sistemi Informativi".

Le
ricerche si stanno ora focalizzando sul processo di profonda
trasformazione economica che caratterizza il passaggio dall'economia
industriale all'"information economy".Il fattore che
più sta influenzando questa trasformazione é
l'information technology, che pervade tutti i settori di
attività, coinvolgendo le risorse umane, l'organizzazione
e il management, cioè tutti i paradigmi essenziali della
competizione. Secondo Nolan,
l’information technology rappresenta la leva abilitante della
trasformazione organizzativa, l’elemento strategico il cui
sviluppo può essere suddiviso in tre macro periodi.
Il
passaggio attraverso queste fasi evolutive costituisce il modello di
riferimento per l’analisi e la realizzazione di progetti di
cambiamento per il futuro.
